The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including managing policies, insurance claims, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating with other departments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage Insurance policies.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
