We are looking for an intake coordinator to assist with onboarding families to our services.
We are a collaborative office and a great work enviroment.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Two year of experience in health care intake- Preferred High school graduate; some college credit preferred Understanding of communicating effectively with employee, patients and their families, medical and community affiliates in order to develop positive relationships.
Organized and punctual Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills; able to perform without much supervision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Receive referrals from referral sources Verify patient's insurance to determine eligibility Educate patients on services we provide Request authorization from insurance Begin the process in a timely manner There is a lot of room for growth within our company.
We are looking for someone who is looking for long term.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
