Job Duties:
Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique circumstances and providing personalized guidance and assistance.
Collaborate closely with our therapy team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
