Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare intake (preferred) High school graduate; some college credit preferred Ability to effectively communicate with employees, patients, their families, and medical and community affiliates to foster positive relationships Strong organizational and punctuality skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated investigative ability and highly organized approach Self-motivated individual with initiative and the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and critical thinking abilities Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision Job
Responsibilities:
Educate and follow up with families ensuring we receive all proper documentation required by the insurance companies Verify patients' insurance to determine eligibility for our services Handle all backend insurance requirements for ongoing services Request authorization from insurance companies Initiate the onboarding process in a timely manner Benefits and Growth:
